Welcome to the 2010 Rangers Classic

The Fullerton Rangers Youth Soccer Club cordially invite you to participate in our 8th Annual Rangers Summer Classic Soccer Tournament, which will be held July 17-18 (Boys) and July 24-25 (Girls).

Our 2010 tournament will be separated into two weekends again to allow us to provide the highest quality fields for our matches - Cal State Fullerton, Fullerton Sports Complex, Bastanchury Sports Park, Sunny Hills and Troy High Schools, and Parks Jr. High.

The Fullerton Rangers are working hard to assure that the 2010 Rangers Summer Classic Soccer Tournament will become your tournament of choice.  We look forward to hosting top-level competition and providing a great soccer weekend for all.  Last year, we received many compliments regarding the quality of our tournament, our fields and the fact that our matches ran on time.

Teams will play at the 2010-11 age groups - excellent for incoming U9 to U11 teams. We also offer three referees for each match, including U9 and U10 games. Championship trophies, adidas match quality balls for the Championship game MVP, and medals for first and second place finishers of each bracket will be awarded.

Our Tournament is centrally located in Orange County, California. We have negotiated special group tournament rates with four nearby, quality hotels for teams wishing to stay in Orange County for the weekend or longer.

Deadline for sign-ups are June 19 (Boys) and June 26 (Girls).

Tournament Information

We are playing on the first weekend that allows 2010-11 age groups so please remember to register your team accordingly (i.e. G99/B99 teams, 2009 U10’s, will play as U11’s with 11v11 format).

Player cards and medical release forms required for all teams, no exceptions, may be from either 2009-10 or 2010-11. Travel papers required for all teams traveling from outside Cal South.

Team Application Deadline is June 19 (Boys) and June 26 (Girls) – Applications are not considered complete without payment, and applications submitted after the deadline will only be accepted on a wait-list basis to fill brackets still requiring teams.

Play Dates are July 17-18 (Boys) and July 24-25 (Girls).

Tournament Registration Fees are $425 for U9 and U10, $525 for U11 to U19. Payment is by credit card using our secure on-line service. Teams requiring payment by check should contact the Tournament Director by e-mail.

Refunds after the tournament application deadline dates will be made only at the discretion of the Tournament Committee, and only if the space can be filled by another team on the waiting list.

Three games are guaranteed, most finalists and semi-finalists will play four games.

Team check-in is at the field, 90 minutes before your first game (no Friday check-in).
