IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

Westminister High School DOES NOT ALLOW DOGS ON THE GROUNDS. THEY WILL ASK ANYONE WITH A DOG TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG.

 

The Tournament accepts Cal South, AYSO, US Club and USYS

player passes. Cal South requires that participating teams

use the same type of player pass for every member on the team. No mixing of passes. No exceptions.

 

The S.C. Bayern JR Cup will be held on August 28th & 29th, 2010. This tournament is a Cal South sanctioned Class 1 Tournament as is open to all USSF affiliated teams. We accept all USSF National Association Player Passes.


Our tournament is one of the last tournaments to be held before the opening of the Coast Soccer League’s (CSL) and the Presidio League’s competitive season.


We will do our best to bracket every participating S.C. Bayern JR Cup team with teams in their respective CSL and Presidio placement levels (ie: Gold with some Silver Elites; Silver with some Silver Elites; and Bronze with some Silver). This procedure has been designed to offer all of our participating teams a well organized and competitive experience.


Trophies and medals are provided to the Champions and Finalists in every Flight. We host brand new teams, mid-level teams and the most highly competitive teams in the United States.


This Tournament is the perfect tournament to play in to prepare for your league season. You will play on the finest fields in Orange County, we have contracted with the finest hotels and every field is close to the beach and other recreational locations. Our tournament is fun for everyone and is truly a family event.


Each Team will be scheduled a minimum of 3 games.


2010 Age Groups Boys and Girls
U-14 born on or after 8/1/96
U-13 born on or after 8/1/97
U-12 born on or after 8/1/98
U-11 born on or after 8/1/99
U-10 born on or after 8/1/00
U-09 born on or after 8/1/01
U-08 born on or after 8/1/02

 

The age groups are for the 2010-2011 Season.

 

In any age group where there are two or more flights, the tournament committee alone will determine into which group teams will be placed.

 

CHECK-IN will be at the fields where the team plays its' first (1st) game. Please check in at the SC Bayern tent at least thirty minutes prior to the kick-off time

 

If you wish to APPLY FOR PARTICIPATION in S.C. BAYERN JR CUP 2010, please follow the on-line registration instructions or download and print the Application and return the completed application following the instructions printed on the application itself. The Application must be received by the Tournament Committee on or before August 15, 2010. Acceptances will begin being e-mailed by August 20, 2010 or earlier. Early acceptance for those teams outside Southern California may be granted to those requesting this consideration.


Tournament Fees: U-8 thru U-10 $495; U-11 thru U-14 $585.


PLEASE REMEMBER THESE IMPORTANT FACTS:

As you complete this application and make your payment online or by mail, your application is considered complete and your team will be considered for acceptance into the tournament. Making your payment does NOT guarantee acceptance into the tournament. You will receive confirmation that a payment has been received. This is not an acceptance notification into the tournament. The S.C. BAYERN JR CUP, while trying to be equitable in it's team selections, reserves complete jurisdiction of the teams that are selected for whatever reasoning.

REFUND POLICY FOR S.C. BAYERN JR. CUP


Partial refunds for cancelled or suspended games will be considered by the Tournament Committee to determine the extent of a refund but said refund will not exceed $100 per game. No refund will be allowed due to forfeit of any game by any team accepted to tournament.


Any team that withdraws from the Tournament after the team has been accepted or on or after August 15, 2010, which ever date occurs first, will not receive a refund of any kind.
